Catrin Ody was born and raised in London before moving to New York to study Theatre, Producing, and Film at NYU Tisch, where she trained at The Experimental Theatre Wing and Atlantic Acting School. She now directs, produces, and acts for film and theatre. She also Co-Founded and Hosts the comedy podcast, Sleeping With Your Friends. She prioritises aesthetic and her experimental roots in all her work. She considers herself an artist above all.
